Booking Information

• Prices: include Feel-good pension per person per day (packages excepted)
  Local tax not included. Reduction for booking with overnight stay/breakfast € 10,-
• Garage parking: (Hotel Schalber) € 9,-
• Dogs: Only on request. Per day (without food) € 20,-
• Arrival: The rooms are ready by 15:00.
• Departure: We ask our guests to leave the rooms by 11:00 on the day of their departure.
• Deposit: € 400,-- per person by collection-only cheque, or pay to our account no. 21.725 at our bank 'Raiba Serfaus'

• Storno - Rescission by the Party - Cancellation fee:
  
  The Party may rescind the Accommodation Agreement by means of a unilateral declaration by 3 months before the agreed date of arrival of the Guest without being liable to pay a cancellation fee.
  We’ll charge a handling fee of € 50,-- per room.
  
  Outside this  period, the Party may only rescind the Accommodation
  Agreement by means of a unilateral declaration subject to the following
  cancellation fees:
  
  - 40% of the total agreed price by 1 month before the date of arrival; 
  - 70% of the total agreed price by 1 week before the date of arrival;
  - 90% of the total agreed price within the last week preceding the date of arrival.
